The register is compiled from Lahti Precision Oy’s customer information system. The information is automatically saved in the register when the user submits the information to Lahti Precision Oy when using the service.

12. Rights of the data subject

Registrants have the right to obtain, correct, update, transfer, modify or delete personal data held by Lahti Precision Oy in respect of such person. If necessary, the Privacy Officer may ask the applicant to prove his or her identity. The Privacy Officer will respond to the customer within the time limit set by the EU Data Protection Regulation (Within a few business days, our customer service team will answer any questions or feedback you may have about the registry).

The Privacy Officer shall delete, correct or supplement inaccurate, unnecessary, incomplete or outdated information on their own initiative or at the request of the person. A request for rectification must be made in writing.
