The purpose of the processing is to manage the customer relationship, to fulfill the rights and obligations of the customer and Lahti Precision Oy and to process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act for online services purposes, research activities.

6. Regular sources of registry information
The register is compiled from Lahti Precision Oy’s customer information system. The information is maintained by utilizing publicly available internet sources (such as the Company’s own website) and other public sources. The register also contains information provided by the customer himself. The information stored in the register is obtained from the customer by e.g. messages sent via web forms, e-mail, telephone, via social media services, contracts, customer meetings and other situations in which the customer discloses their information. The information is automatically saved in the register when the user submits the information to Lahti Precision Oy when using the www.lahtiprecision.com service.

8. Disclosure of Information
In order to provide the Service to you in the best possible way, we may disclose information to companies and affiliates in the same corporation that process your information only to the extent required to provide the Service. The controller shall ensure that the data stored, as well as the access rights to the servers and other information critical to the security of personal data, are treated confidentially and only by the employees whose job description it belongs to.
The cookies we use are related to our marketing automation system (Active Campaign), Google Analytics and the social media channels we use, i.e. LinkedIn and Youtube.
12. Rights of the data subject
Registrants have the right to obtain, correct, update, transfer, modify or delete personal data held by Lahti Precision Oy in respect of such person. If a person wishes to check or request the rectification of data stored about him or her, the request must be sent in writing to the Privacy Officer. If necessary, the Privacy Officer may ask the applicant to prove his or her identity. The Privacy Officer will respond to the customer within the time limit set by the EU Data Protection Regulation (Within a few business days, our customer service team will answer any questions or feedback you may have about the registry).
The Privacy Officer shall delete, correct or supplement inaccurate, unnecessary, incomplete or outdated information on their own initiative or at the request of the person. A request for rectification must be made in writing.
13. Other rights related to the processing of personal data
A person in the register has the right to request the removal of his or her personal data from the register (“right to be forgotten”). Data subjects also have other rights under the EU’s general data protection regulation, such as restrictions on the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests must be sent in writing to the Privacy Officer. If necessary, the Privacy Officer may ask the applicant to prove his or her identity. The Privacy Officer will respond to the customer within the time limit set by the EU Data Protection Regulation (generally within one month).
