We have calibrated our customers’ masses and scales in an accredited manner since 1986. As a calibration supplier, we respond that the traceability of the calibration is in order (the results of the measurements are traceable to national/international normals) and the uncertainty of calibration is known.
As an accredited K019 calibration laboratory, conducting the calibrations these things have assured, the customer can rely on calibration and the user don’t need to acquire any additional evidence of reliability or traceability. The certificate gives for user the information on the performance of scales.
Calibration is one of the basic elements of the measurement control, which provides evidence of the correctness and traceability of the measurements. Measurement control is also a basic element of quality systems. Calibration by an accredited laboratory meets the quality requirements. Auditing by FINAS, our accredited calibration laboratory K019 complies with the general requirements for laboratories SFS-ISO/IEC 17025 and is part of our ISO 9001 quality system.
Scope of Accreditation:
Mass 1 mg – 2 000 kg
Weighing instruments 1 mg – 100 t
The importance of preventive maintenance for the reliable operation of the weighing instruments is clear. There are several causes of measurement uncertainty growth; fouling/impurities are the most common. Fouling is not always noticed in the measurement results or the function of the weighing instrument. Preventive maintenance during calibration will take into account and maintain the cleanliness of the balance and other factors that may affect performance.
