Our technology for receiving, transferring and loading bulk materials
We have developed our own competitive technology for receiving, transferring and loading of bulk materials for larger system deliveries, which can also be used in sites where there may not be weighing at all. Receiving the bulk materials can take place in a big bag, as bulk material by truck and / or train, or even directly from a ship to receiving conveyor equipment.
Transportation of bulk materials efficiently and reliably
One of the biggest advantages of our bulk material transport and transfer systems is, that it increases the cost-effectiveness of processes in terms of maintenance and service. It is also an extremely reliable solution transporting and packaging of highly sensible materials that should not be mixed with external materials or even room air.
Transfer of bulk material by different techniques
The bulk material can be weighed at the receiving stage before being transferred to storage silos. Transfer to storage silos can be accomplished by different techniques depending on the properties of the bulk material. Typical transfer methods are pneumatic transmission, screw and belt conveyors, belt elevators or fluid hoses. The method of transferring bulk materials is decided on a case-by-case basis based on the properties of the material to be transferred.

- Enriched mining materials (powdered, pellets)
- Concrete and cement products
- Process industry materials that are transferable, e.g. by devices
- Raw sugar
- Arable crops
- Wood pellets
Loading of loose materials may happen to a big bag, bulk loading with a filling flange, with fluid hose, with a screw or convey belt transferable load and/or to a train wagon. The bulk material can be weighed before being loaded with a material suitable for the processing method. The bulk materials must be dry.
