We want to strengthen our sales organization by investing in growing system and equipment sales, especially in the forest industry. We are looking for a
who is proficient in language, active and result-oriented. You are responsible for e.g. sales of broke and pulp conveyors to both paper and board mills and equipment and system suppliers both in Finland and abroad.
As a sales manager, you make offers and negotiate sales agreements. Your responsibilities include close communication with the implementation organization, technology development, and other experts.
Success in this position requires:
- understanding the process industry and the equipment choices used in them
- understanding of the importance of mechanics and automation in the process and paper industries
- Identifying customer needs and the ability to find solutions together with the customer
- Technical or commercial education, BSc/MSc
- experience in the paper industry and international business is an advantage
You are proactive and determined. In addition, you are socially savvy and able to negotiate convincingly on commercial and technical issues with our client companies. By nature, you are active, curious, analytical, and capable public performer. We deliver our solutions internationally – your sales area will be determined based on your area of expertise. You may have experience of equipment and / or system sales and may have managed large projects independently.
